The style of the fabric is similar to a burn out velvet style, as the brown part of the skirt is a raised velvety fabric.
The skirt is lined with a lightweight polyester fabric.
The fiber content tag says: 82% viscose and 18% silk. The lining is 100% polyester.
The skirt has a side zipper.
The waistband has a brown velvet ribbon on it, with bows on each side, and a short ruffle that rises above the brown ribbon.
