On Hold L. F. & C. New Britain 3 Blade Equal End c.1898 - 1950!

Offered today from my personal collection of high end vintage knives is a very rare Landers, Frary & Clark L.F.&C. 3 blade Equal End knife. This quality company was in business from 1898 to 1950. All blades marked on tangs L.F. & C. over N. BRITAIN over CONN. The blades all show staining from age & the two cutting blades have been improperly sharpened but resharpening could correct this. All blades have closing snap & the file blade & small blade both have half stop & opening snap. Large blade only has closing snap & is a tad loose in open position. Handles are a jiggled black rubber type composition and there is a crack across one end pin on back side. Bar shield & tip bolsters are nickel silver & in great condition. I believe this knife to be from the early 1900`s! A very neat rare old knife highly sought out by collectors & offered at a very fair price, so don`t miss out! This would be a wonderful addition to any collection of vintage knives.
