This is a beautiful large Yub Yum Medicine Buddha Thangka Painting from Nepal. It has good detail and nice colors. Shakyamuni Medicine Buddha is sitting in meditation with his consort in Yub Yum sexual fussion position.
Although their union appear sexual in nature it represents more the elimination of duality and heightening one's spiritual state.
The details and artwork of this painting are fairly basic. It is a nice painting for the price I am offering. No real flaws but the lines could be a little sharper. Quite nice though.
