The vest has a Korbel champagne theme on it. The design includes a fancy clock face set at midnight, so this vest would be good for New Years Eve. There is also champagne being poured into a high heel shoe. One of the bottles of champagne, which looks like it has a cork popping off of it, the name Nicole Miller is on the bottle.
The silk fabric has some texture to it, and that the texture is due to the name Nicole Miller being woven in the fabric.
