The new panels, bundled as a kit, include 2 door panels and 2 rear quarter panels Skins only. The boards are die-cut to specification and trimmed with authentic heat-sealed German vinyl just as they were when still manufactured by BMW. While the vinyl itself is free of any punctures, the board itself has all the necessary holes to allow for easy installation of all attached hardware.

There were 2 versions of door panels for the 02 Series sedans, the early version (1966-1973) and the late version (1974-1976). Both versions were already discontinued a few years ago.
The late version on the other hand is still discontinued but World Upholstery & Trim has developed an authentic reproduction of that door panel complete with heat sealed lines and chrome trim. We normally use the same upholstery (BMW Vinyl or BMW Leather) that used on the seats.
Both versions only has the board panel, the upholstery and the chrome strips. All other hardware attached must be re-used or replaced. The board panel already has all the factory holes but the upholstery itself has no holes so that no uncessary holes are seen in the door panel. The installer itself must create the holes needed to attach the external hardware.
