Colonial Man Figurine Made in OJ

This colonial man figurine stands 6 & 1/2 inches tall & the bottom is stamped “Made in Occupied Japan”. There is also a second mark, but it is too faint to read. He is wearing a coat that is more of a deep burgundy color than red, as my picture shows. No nicks, chips, cracks or grazing.
