This item is DC COMICS THE PHANTOM STRANGER! It is #30 published in May, 1974. Included in this issue are the following stories:

"THE CHILDREN'S CRUSADE!", ARNOLD DRAKE - WRITER, and GERRY TALAOC - ARTIST.
"THE SPAWN OF FRANKENSTEIN!", "TURN-ABOUT!", STEVE SKEATES - WRITER, BERNARD BAILY - ARTIST.

I am not a comic book grader, but I would say this comic book is in VG/FN Condition! The pages are crisp and complete with a bit of tanning, and the cover has some stress creases, some general crumpling of the cover, and some ruffling around the edges. The back cover and last few pages have some apparent water damage, but is in good condition otherwise. This would be a great filler for any comic book collection! It has been carefully stored in an archival box, and comes from a non-smoking environment. It is bagged and boarded and will be carefully packaged in cardboard when shipped!
