This item is MARVEL COMICS' X-MEN 2099 ! It is #27 published in December, 1995. The story title is: "ANGEL OF THE MOURNING - CITY OF THE DEAD PART TWO", written by JOHN FRANCIS MOORE with RON LIM as ARTIST. I am not a comic book grader, but I would say this comic book is in NM Condition! The pages are crisp and clean, and the cover with the exception of a few horizontal creases along the spine, is in near perfect condition! It has been carefully stored in an archival box, and comes from a non-smoking environment. It is bagged and boarded and will be carefully packaged in cardboard when shipped!
