Austen's Forest Flower Cologne, Antique Lithographed Victorian Advertising Trade Card. Darins Yeager, dealer in ... Plymouth, PA. "The Richest and most Fashionable Perfume Known." Manufactured by W.J. Austen, Oswego, NY. "Copyright 1885." Card was originally perfumed with the fragrance. The card has a soft texture. Some surface and edge wear, light creasing and yellowing. A name is written in pencil on the back, "Lizzie Rhinard [?]." Measures 2-7/8 by 4-1/2 inches.

This item is an original card from a late-nineteenth century scrapbook. The image, printed by color lithography, is a chromolithograph, or "chromo."
