  • Item described as new, and although it’s in good condition it is not new. Angels wrappings were all shredded from being taken in and out of the packaging, and the package and Angel smelled horribly of smoke. Can’t give as a gift like anticipated.

  • Item described as new and was not! It still has the Christmas ornament hook on it from whoever used it in the past. Also the angel and box smell horribly of smoke and item can’t be gifted like it was intended to be! Fast shipment was only positive thing!

  • I did Not receive the item I pictured. I ordered a Vera Bradley Nantucket Navy eye glass case. The product pictured WAS the print I wanted. The product I received was NOT. I have made several attempts to see how to correct this but no reply so far.
