The dinner plate measures approx. 10 3/8". It is New/Old stock. A closeout from an upscale jeweler that liquidated its china department. There are several very light surface scratches and one short deeper scratch approx. 1/4" or so that I noticed when plate help up to the light. Most likely caused by stacking of plates in the store. I could not notice the scratches when the plate is flat on table. No retail sales stickers are attached.
If you have this pattern, it's a great time to replace that missing or broken plate to your service or just add an extra one.
