    Shipping charges areFREE SHIPPING CONTINENTAL USA. We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS.

    Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States
    All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping and will ship via USPS.
    Canadian and all other international destinations will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on which offers the best rate.

    Return/Exchange Policy

    Please email us to request a return authorization from our customer service department.
    Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
    Returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
    We do not accept returns on seasonal or closeout merchandise and wall borders.
    Shipping fees on return items are non-refundable.

    When calling in an order without item numbers, we make every attempt to ship the correct item. If an item is incorrect we will reship the correct item with no additional shipping fee. The return shipping on the original item will be at the customer's expense.

    Every order is important and we do our best to ship all orders as complete as possible and pack each order with care. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may result in an order that arrives at it's destination with signs of a "rough" journey. If this should happen please contact us as soon as possible after the delivery. All shortages and damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton and packing materials and call customer service. Shipping fees on returns are non-refundable.

    Claims of damages or missing items from purchases made at the warehouse can be reshipped at the customer's expense or you can receive a credit on your account.
