You must contact us via email requesting a RIN (Return Inventory Number). The buyer pays return shipping INCLUDING insurance. The item must be returned in NEW ODOR FREE condition. It must not have been washed. If the item is returned in new, odor free condition a refund, minus shipping, will be applied to the Pay Pal account from which it came. If the item is dirty or has been washed or has odors especially smells of cigarette/cigar smoke a 25% cleaning fee will be withheld from the payment.
REGARDING PILLOWCASES: Again if you feel you feel the item was misrepresented in the description you may ask for a refund. YOU pay for return shipping within 7 days of shipping date. Item must be returned in NEW condition, clean and unwashed. The refund will be the cost of the pilowcase only. No refunds are given for shipping.
