For Waist, Rise, and Inseam, please see the sizing chart provided in the photos, these are measurements personally taken by us and are done with the shorts laid naturally and flat on the table. So waist measurement was simply the flat width doubled. Keep in mind too that these are stretch denim, so these will stretch out a bit as well. This is a discontinued product line, but when active MSRP was $59.

You buy, you pay, I ship no later than the following business day. This is because our local post office is only open until Noon, so if I receive payment prior to around 10:00 AM CT, then I will print and ship that same day as I go to the post office around 10:00 AM each morning. Payment may be through PayPal and Credit Cards can be accepted through PayPal as well. I will also accept USPS Money Orders, or payment upon pickup should someone like to contact me for doing so.

Anything not as described or any new item which is malfunctioning and not know at the time listing was created. Outside of that I will accept a return at the buyer's responsibility for shipping item back to me and I will deduct the shipping from the refund as well for such circumstances.
