"Colombiana" is a DVD movie about a female assassin. It is rated PG-13 and has a run time of 108 minutes. Cataleya, as a young child in Bogota, watched as her parents were murdered. This traumatized her, and she becomes a cold-blooded assassin later in life. "Colombiana" begins in Colombia, which is where the title comes from. Cataleya performs various vigilante-type murders, with the ultimate goal of reaching and attaining vengeance against her target, the dangerous mobster who killed her parents. Although this assassin DVD is rated PG-13, it is perhaps more suited for adult audiences due to the storyline, scantily clothed characters, and extreme violence. "Colombiana" was written by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. It is directed by Olivier Megaton. Additional cast members for this film include Amandla Stenberg, Cliff Curtis, Beto Benites, Jesse Borrego, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Angel Garnica, and Ofelia Medina., A woman becomes a professional killer in order to seek revenge against the ruthless gangster who murdered her parents in this action thriller from director Olivier Megaton and writer/producer Luc Besson. As a young girl, Cataleya (Zoe Saldana) saw her parents killed in cold blood. Now Cataleya is all grown up, and she's determined to settle the score. Going to work for her uncle, Cataleya methodically begins working her way up through the criminal underworld, taking out every criminal in her path on an obsessive quest to bury the man who single-handedly destroyed her life.
