Shipping charges the buyer pays unless noted. Only ship in United State. We'll ONLY ship the item to Mailing Address (NO PO BOX), so please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses or item damage during shipment (USED ITEMS ONLY).

New Items:
Damaged or faulty orders:
For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the items. The buyer shall return and upload the tracking number in time.
Receiving your refund: All refunds will be made within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

Non-Defective Products:
If the buyer applies for a return and refund for non-defective products and the supplier agrees to the buyer's refund application, the buyer must send back the product at his/her own expense and upload the return tracking info in time. After the supplier receives the returned items without any damage, a portion of the order amount will be deducted as the repacking & restocking fee. Note: the supplier has the right to reject the refund application under this circumstance.
