The fabrics were not pre-washed and the quilt has not been washed.
This custom made quilt was designed by Quilts by Judie using the traditional quilt pattern BRAVE WORLD.
The size is 70.00in x 62.00in. This size is commonly called a sofa, lap or throw quilt. It fits the top of a small twin bed but does not cover the pillow.
One decorator pillowcase and one throw pillow cover (no insert) is included. The body of the pillowcase matches the outer border of the quilt and the throw pillow cover matches the backing.
The fabrics are 100% cotton. The batting is 100% Pellon brand natural cotton.
The theme is roses and sewing. The backing fabric is a soft cozy flannel print with aqua and pink vintage sewing machines. The front fabric prints are floral with most of the prints having roses.
The quilting is an edge to edge loop tee loop meander stitch meaning no set pattern was followed. The thread color is aqua front and back.
The binding is off white which matches the inner border and the pinwheel in the pattern. It was sewn using a decorative machine stitch.
As always, a label is attached telling who, what, where, and when.
