This bottle measures 4 inches tall, and approximately shy of 2 inches wide at bottom of the bottle. There are embossments that are located on the bottom side of the bottle. There is an embossed "2" followed by an embossed circle with what appears to be an "X" in it. Beside the circle embossment, there is the number "76". Just beneath the number two is an embossed number "3". The front of the label reads:
