CAN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS:
The simple answer is, No. I am only able to ship to the address that your financial institution or credit card company has on record as associated with your payment source. Even though I understand that you may have moved recently, if you haven't updated your address with the payment processor, you will need to do that before attempting to make a purchase. I pay an independent fraud prevention service to verify all sales transactions. They will not clear the payment if the address associated with your eBlueJay account doesn't match your payment source.
CAN I CHOOSE THE SHIPPER USED:
If you message me before checking out your cart, it might be possible to change the shipper to either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Let me know which you prefer so I can send you a price quote. I use a third party shipping service to attempt to provide the best UPS and FedEx prices available. The default shipper on all items for sale is USPS and can not be changed once your cart is processed.
All sales are final. With the exception I make a mistake in accurately describing the products overall general condition, please contact me for possible resolution solutions. If I agree to except a refund for any reason other than a grossly negligent error on my part, you agree that the original shipping paid and return shipping costs and any related payment processor fees will be at the buyers expense. Do not return the product without prior approval. You also agree to fully cooperate in providing all necessary documentation, steps and information as needed by the seller, shipper and/or insurer, for any returns, possible shipping damages or disputes, and within the time provisions needed, or you agree your right to a claim is void.
