We accept returns within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the order based on shipping Delivery Confirmation. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please submit a request through bluejay No-Hassle Returns within the 14 day return period. All return items must be unused and in the original manufacturer packaging in which they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sports phanatic reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged/defective goods prior to replacement, exchange, or refund. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. Merchandise determined to be defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the return period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect. Items received outside of the return period or not in manufacturer packaging are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
