Dave Cash was a slick-fielding second baseman and an exciting hitter who played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Philadelphia Phillies, Montreal Expos, and San Diego Padres. During his 11-year Major League Baseball ( MLB ) career, Cash collected more than 1,500 hits, was an NL All-Star three times with the Philadelphia Phillies (1974 - 1976), and won a World Series with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1971.

This is a semi-high number card from the sixth series (#524 - #643) of the Topps 1971 baseball card set, and is therefore somewhat rare as smaller quantities were printed than were cards in series 1 - 5 of the Topps set that year. It is also a tough card to find in NEAR MINT or better condition.
