If it’s not in the picture(s) more than likely it’s missing or don’t come with this item I am selling. If something is missing that was in the picture(s) let me know. When I was inspecting contents of box for broken or flaws or missing part(s) and taking pictures of items, I could have left it out. Let me know and I will get it to you. I try to ship out the same day item is PAID! Fedxe Store pick-up times for ground delivery are Monday–Friday 6:30pm.
If for any reason you want to return your purchase, contact me “ASAP”! I will try to work a return and or refund out. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return cost is the responsibility of buyer. UNLESS I GROSSLY DESCRIBED THE ITEM(s) WRONG! I just ask for the opportunity to make it right before it comes to a return.

Please consider this when purchasing shipping. CARRIERS MAYBE experiencing significant delays across their network. I will try to get you the tracking number if not request it. Some deliveries have taken up to three or more weeks to get delivered. Keep me informed.
BUYER is responsible for choosing the right color, size, model#! BUYER assumes responsibility for lost or damage of purchase if selecting shipping WITHOUT INSURANCE. If box is noticeably damaged take it to that carrier. After opening and it is damaged take picture to show how it was packed and damaged item. It’s BUYER’s responsibility to file a claim a damaged item! I try to get paid purchases to carrier that day so it will be on its way.
Return/Exchange Policy. If the pictures and description and your knowledge of the item don’t sound or look correct why would you purchase it without asking question first that I am will to answer before you purchase. So that being said even if I did described item extremely or somewhat wrong you shouldn’t buy it! It’s simple if the color isn’t the color you want please don’t buy it. If the part number don’t match the one you need don’t buy it. Ask if I have color or part number you need in stock before you purchase. I need a good explanation why I should give you a refund on this item!
So if I give a refund for item it will be less your cost of shipping and any insurance and as long as buyer pays return shipping. Only after inspection of item to be the same model and same as shipped to you. Please ask question FIRST! I am a 74 yr. old one man team here I do tend to slip up bring it to my attention before purchase. I don’t want my buyers to lose money on ordering from me. I deserve the same respect from my buyers!
Most of my item(s) I sell comes from Thrift Stores, Store Clearance, Store returns, Yard Sales, Estate Sales, unused opened Christmas presents, some maybe new, but box may have been opened. I will try to indicate all this information in the listing, color(s), size(s), condition, quantity. Let’s assume that said, these item(s) may have been used, open box and or out of box, all may have flaws, missing parts, may not come in original box, new old stock. I do sell my items “AS IS” with “NO RETURNS” and “NO REFUNDS” on purchases. I don’t electrical items that don’t work unless I'm selling it as parts. If it’s something that I cannot test, it's being sold for parts. It may work, I just can't test it for what it is.
