In the case of damages, please keep packaging and damaged item for up to 10 days for shipping company's inspection and email ninisgifts@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with information on what was damaged. If you are able to include photos of the damaged product, that is appreciated. If damage happens, Nini wants to learn how to prevent it in the future, and may need to make a claim with the carrier which will want to see the damaged product and packaging. Depending on the value of the product and the extent of the damage, Nini may send you a pre-paid label to return the damaged item to Nini for inspection. Nini has carefully selected product providers for quality and care in shipping, but if a customer receives damaged product and follows the instructions outlined here, Nini will issue full credit with apologies for your troubles.
