2001 Bandai Gundam MSIA Mobile Horse Fighter 7" Action Figure
Since I don't know alot about the Gundam series of figures, I can only tell what I see.
Most of the Horse Fighters do not have the gold chrome accent, they are just yellow paint accents.
Most are also only 4" figures, not 7, so this may be a deluxe version?
