"24 - Season 1" begins at midnight on the day that the Presidential Primary is to take place in Los Angeles, California. The duty of Jack Bauer in this television drama is to protect a senator from a possible attack or a possible assassination attempt. Jack's family is also in danger from those planning the attacks on the senator, and Jack must simultaneously ensure the safety of his family and protect the senator. The attack is due to a covert operation involving Jack and the senator, for which the attackers are seeking retribution. "24 - Season 1" also stars Mary Lynn Rajskub, Carlos Bernard, Elisha Cuthbert, Dennis Haysbert, and James Morrison. Coincidentally, each season of this television drama has 24 episodes.
