All items shipped 2-3 days after payment is received and processed. All items shipped via UPS ground,FedEx, or the USPS at our discretion. As it is very hard to determine shipping rates, I will refund the difference if shipping cost are less than stated.

Returns accepted up to 15 days after purchase delivery. If item is damaged when it arrives please notify the carrier, as damaged merchandise is cover by the carrier. If you want to return an undamaged item you must email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (ROA). All returns must be pre-paid, no exceptions.
