I ship next business day after payment is received, usually with USPS first class and always with tracking. I wrap securely in box for safe transit. Once your package is scanned and in the hands of the post office, I am no longer responsible for it. If you cannot find your package, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office and report it missing. If you can talk to the carrier that delivers your mail, you may learn more, or have him or her look for it in their vehicle. You should receive your package within 4 to 5 days after purchase, but sometimes there are delays, so watch the tracking, and give it another few days for delivery, after 7 days you can file a missing package report with the post office. I know sometimes I miss things, or it may not fit, or the color on your monitor was different than the color in person, or you just don't like the way it looks on, and I understand that, so I accept returns, up to 14 days, plus if it is my mistake, if I did miss something important, I will pay for return shipping also. That does not cover shipping for, buyer's remorse, if you do not like the item, if it is larger or smaller in person than you expected, if the color is slightly different, or anything I do not have any control over. That is like asking me to ship it to you so you can look at it, at my expense, and ship it back at my expense, and that, I do not think is fair. I have no problem with paying return shipping, for an oversight on my part, and if that should happen you have my sincere apology along with return shipping. Too many buyers taking advantage of the return shipping and making sellers pay for it, will only drive up prices. So, all I am asking is for you to be fair and honest, like you expect me to be.
