As I purchase most of my toys at yard sales, thrift shops, I do not know past history (are they from smoke free home?)
As far as accessories, or other objects that may have been with this item originally, if you don't see them in my photo's, that means there aren't any. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will receive if you purchase this item
This toy is used-may or may not have scuffs, rub marks (from contact with other objects/toys), minor to major wear, lost of applied decals and/or applied paint, loose joints
I give a mild detergent cleaning to all items I purchase, before reselling them, however, I do not try to wash any clothing (due to the well water we use), I do wipe them down with a mild detergent.
