A robust perennial herb native to Asia and Africa that thrives in sunny weather. Striking, bright
yellow blossoms burst from tall stems, an amazing contrast to the green foliage. This species
grows in almost any soil and seems to adapt to most conditions. Great for wildflower or perennial gardens.
An annual legume that attracts bees, butterflies and birds. This plant grows best in full sun, is
drought tolerant and doesn't require a lot of water.

A mass planting of this flower will be unforgettable with butterflies and hummingbirds fluttering from
flower to flower. The perfect addition to any sunny meadow or garden.

Sowing instructions: Sow indoors in flats or small pots and keep warm.
Transplant in early spring in a well prepared seed bed. Water well before germination
then water as needed. Optimum soil temperature is 55-75 degrees F.
