We use USPS First Class w/ tracking (for nail strips)

We process the items to be shipped each morning at 4:30 a.m. (Mon. thru Sat.). We cannot ship if payment was not received. And we do not ship on Sunday's or Holiday's.

We can-not ship outside of the USA, APO/FPO, and we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Items bought on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday. We cannot ship on Sunday's or Holiday's.

We will listen to what the situation is and decide if we will approve a return or exchange.

Nails = If a set of nails has been opened they cannot be returned.
If a set of Nails is faulty (will not adhere) They will only exchange them if the item was purchased from the company's online store or if the set was bought during a nail Party.

This store was created in order to raise funds to help us with the different expenses dealing with my disability. We also need to purchase an ADA vehicle so I can get out and about in my wheelchair. I have to have hand controls and a side door ramp for my wheelchair to get into the vehicle.These vehicles are extremely expensive even for a used one, which is what we have to buy. I am certain this will be a long term quest for me. That is ok, it is very important to me and others that help me because it would also help them. Thank You!

Color Street does not allow any online sales that does not go thru their website because Auction sites always have different cost's for the nails. This Web-Store is my Web-Store on eBluejay. Prices are the same on both sites. However, you will be ordering from my inventory so you won't be waiting for processing time. I ship the next day. I ship Monday thru Saturday (no Holidays).

If you purchase from the Color Street Website you will get your item in 1 to 3 weeks. Processing time varies from 2 to 4 business days before an order is actually shipped.
