What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received an item damaged in shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase at samdambali at hestid38@gmail.com
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely, but we know that sometimes things get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the item along with a description of the damage. We can then issue you a refund or replacement (plus shipping cost).
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused items to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of all returned items. Once we receive the return we will issue you a refund for your purchase.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost during shipment. Whenever possible we will supply you with tracking information. Unfortunately, international orders, per USPS rules, cannot be tracked.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are processed and shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Generally all domestic shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days. International orders will vary between 5 days to 2 weeks or more, depending on the destination.
We provide tracking, when applicable, to all domestic orders. International orders cannot be tracked, per USPS regulations.
