Searching the full title on the web tells us it was printed on or around 1858. With that said... the spine cover is coming off the spine and is deteriorating. The front board is separating from the spine and binding. That is the worse damage to the book. The page edges are marbled and are slightly dust stained but in great condition for being over 150 years old! Pages inside are like new and amazingly do not have any foxing! the front end paper is signed by a John C Grimm in Bryan, Ohio 1898. there is also a name written below that M J King. A very interesting book! Must have for the Freemason collector. the pictures in the detail page and the listing are of the book you are purchasing. 13012
