The spilt is only in the blue cloth cover, not the boards of the book. Printing has nearly all faded from the spine. Front cover has gold printing and a nice color artwork print inlayed. First three pages have slightly started to seperate from the spine. Remainder of book is nearly like new. Free of pencil and pen marks.
