Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
If the merchandise is damaged or defective it will be replaced with the same item or refunded at our discretion.
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, it can be returned for a refund of the purchase price.
Although returns are extremely rare, In the event that your merchandise is defective or damaged in transit when received we will gladly replace or send a full refund when sent back.

Item must be sent back in the original packaging just as it came to you when received. Once item is received, we then send off the replacement.
