Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Fri. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address.

Since we process our orders fairly quickly, you have a very short period of time to cancel an order. Once the order has been processed, all cancelled orders where your credit card is charged and refunded are subject to a 5% processing fee.
