We accept payment via PayPal secure online payment center.
Small item orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving a cleared payment (Excluding Weekends)
For a Larger item, orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton.
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please email us immediately, within 2 Days of Delivery Date. We can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage and emailed to us within 2 days of delivery date (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company).
All Returns must be Authorized. Accepted AUTHORIZED returns must be received at our location within 7 days of the delivery date, in NEW & UNUSED condition. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in NEW, RESALEABLE condition. It MUST arrive UNUSED in it's original packaging, complete with ALL accessories & user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged.
We will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs
Please email us for further instructions BEFORE returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage. The BUYER is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the returning item, and if applicable the cost of shipping the exchanged item. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. All items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
