You can return certain items that you are not happy with, you just need to pay Return Shipping costs. I am glad to do a refund. Printed Materials: Due to the content and nature of the item (printed materials) Refunds are Not offered on printed materials, patterns, pattern books. Buyer must contact Seller within 14 days of receipt of any other items. Any contact after that date and item will not be accepted for return. Item must be returned in original condition, with any Tags attached, and no evidence of perfume, cologne, cigar, pipe, cigarette smoke, pet hair, prior use or tampering. If in compliance, Refund issued as money-back via same manner as originally tendered.
