The Consumer who wishes to return, replace, or full refund must do the following:
1. Send a picture of the damaged item (due to shipping, not miss used items), shipping label, and strongly describe the issue of the product with the sales number.
2. Wait at most 2 business days of 24 hour periods from the time the message was sent requesting a return, replace, or full refund with the image and description of the issue with the shipping label ans sales number,of the product to be acknowledged
3. TheRedTape will assess the issue of damaged product due to SHIPPING and if assessments meet the damaged criteria (shipping), will send the consumer a message to ship the damaged product back to TheRedTape with our paid shipping price sent to consumer.
4. When message received by the consumer from TheRedTape to ship the damaged product (due to shipping) we will assess information that was given by the consumer requesting a return, replacement, or refund; compared to received back from consumer.
5. When clarified the reshipped package from the consumer/buyer match from step "1" we the "TheRedTape" will give the consumer/buyer a return, replacement, or full refund.
