When ordering, please specify the type of service you require. If you don't specify a shipping method, we will choose the lowest cost service from the following: USPS Priority Mail/1st class mail or UPS ground. In general, USPS is lower cost for small light packages and UPS will be lower cost for the heavier packages.
We offer Worldwide Shipping on almost all of our products. When ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible. Let us know exactly how the shipping label should look. Include the receivers name and phone number. Please note that you are responsible for any and all Customs Charges and/or Duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for Customs purposes. All prices on our price list are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.
International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the destination and the type of service required. The lowest cost shipping is US mail Air Parcel post or US Global Priority Mail. We can also ship by Federal Express or United Parcel Service, but the cost is typically $30.00 or more. All international orders must be prepaid including shipping. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries, due to uncertain delivery service.
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
