We want you to be delighted with your Cord Cocoon. If you're not, we're sorry to hear it.
If you purchased through our website, www.cordcocoon.com, and you'd like to return it within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the amount you paid (minus *shipping and handling cost ) for the returned product. Simple as that! No explanation needed, although we'd welcome the feedback! The Cord Cocoon’s package must be unopened and without any visible damage. Your purchase price will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
We'll also refund your the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect order). However, if you made a mistake placing your order, we may ask you to pay additional shipping and handling fees to cover the cost of replacing your item(s). * Shipping and handling cost is $4 minimum for each item purchased.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
Simply send the Cord Cocoon in original condition with the invoice that accompanied your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process any return without the original invoice. Once we received your return, we'll process your refund and email you a confirmation notice. Please allow 3-5 weeks (usually much sooner) for the funds to be posted back to your account after you have heard from us. Refund will be in the same form as original purchase.
