On all returns, you must call us for a return authorization number and return instructions before returning an item. Not all items are returned to the same address.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on all items unless there is a manufacturers defect.

Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
On returns or exchanges of items that have already been exchanged previously, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Please make sure when trying on slippers and moccasins that you are standing on a clean surface. If soles get dirty, they will not be returnable.
