PROCESSING TIMES:
Order processing begins after payment is received, all personalization information has been provided and proof has been approved (if needed). Proofs will be emailed within 48 hours and once approved by you, the order will be shipped out within 2-3 days thereafter.

We ship USPS Mail only.
Upgrade available to USPS Express Mail (overnight in some areas) for an additional fee.

RETURNS/CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Since all items are personalized, returns are not accepted unless there is an error on my part.
Errors on my part will be reprinted at no charge. In some cases I will request that the item be returned to me or a digital photo emailed as proof of the error.
