This unusual piece seems at first glance to be a boy wearing a yellow hat with a ruffled tan shirt and blue knee pants. On close inspection, it appears that the left hand is holding a flower while the right hand is holding what appears to be a basket.
The figurine is abt 4.25" tall and the base is 1.25" wide and 1" deep. It weighs about 1.5 ounces without packaging. The finish is shiny not dull.
The piece is marked with a red Made in Japan on the bottom of the base.
