Up for your considerations is darling little vintage two handled notched sugar bowl. These were made by Anchor Hocking Glass Company circa 1951 as a Potpourri Giftware item. The pattern name is called Stars and Bars Pattern and also known as the Thousand Line Pattern. The line number was 1032.
