Add to Cart

This is the February 1978 issue of Saddle and Bridle which features STATUS SYMBOL on the front cover and the back has KOURAGEOUS KALU from North Ridge Farm. See additional images for the Table of Contents of this issue.

The issue is loaded with pictures mainly of Saddlebreds, with sprinklings of TWH’s, Welsh, Hackney and Shetland ponies. Show results from across the United States, Club reports, and interesting articles. In addition to the Table of Contents there are the farm advertisements, and pictures of horses from years gone by as well as ads for products that are all now, history.

The issue is tightly bound and in very good condition for its age with clean, crisp pages. It contains 208 pages. Some shelf wear can be seen if you look close on the covers, other than that, it appears to be in new and unread condition. The For A Horse section (Farms listed by the state they are located in), someone has circled a number of farms, probably to send show bills to. Otherwise, no noted markings that I found.
