This is the 50th Anniversary Issue for November 1977 issue of Saddle and Bridle features SARATOGA on the front cover while the back cover lists some of the 104 horses in the North Ridge Farms Production Sale to be held Nov 29, 1977 at Tattersalls in Lexington, KY. Horse Name, Color, Sex, Sire and Dam are also given for some of the horses that were to be in this sale. See additional images for the Table of Contents of this issue.

The issue is loaded with pictures mainly of Saddlebreds, with sprinklings of TWH’s, Welsh, Hackney and Shetland ponies. Show results from across the United States, Club reports, and interesting articles. In addition to the Table of Contents there are the farm advertisements, and pictures of horses from years gone by as well as ads for products that are all now, history.

This issue contains 192 pages. The issue is tightly bound and in very good condition for its age with clean, crisp pages. Minimal shelf wear can be seen if you look close on the covers, other than that, it appears to be in new and unread condition.

All items which I sell are from a smoke-free home. No returns. I do my best to describe every issue as best I can, but being human, I may occasionally miss something.

Payment method is by personal check, or money order. I mail all items will be mailed with Delivery Conformation. If you wish insurance, let me know and I will get that figured up for you. If a check should bounce, my bank adds on a $30.00 fee which will be the buyers responsibility before the magazines are mailed to you. Please wait until I get back with you as to what the postal fees are before mailing funds. I do not take any form of online payments, sorry, but we just do not trust them at all.

Shipping Shipping method is buyers choice, Media/Book rate or Priority mail. I am more than happy to combine auctions for 2 weeks before payment is due for your purchases to save you postage fees. Please note that I am currently unable to drive due to a medical condition therefore my banking and mailing are done on Saturdays when my husband can drive me to town for these tasks. I can mail one or two items from my mail box during the week, but for larger orders, they have to wait til Saturdays.
