Please note that this is a vintage jacket, and has been pre-owned and previously worn. There is some wear to the wool fabric of this jacket, as well as an area on the binding trim on one sleeve that is slightly unravelling.
Please see the photo showing the close up of the braided trim on the sleeve hem that is unravelling. This area looks like it could be easily mended with some green yarn.
The wear to the wool was not able to be captured in photographs, however there are areas with small areas of wear, as well as some with larger areas of wear.
The larger areas of wear are on the sleeve areas.
Despite some wear to the jacket, this is still a very nice vintage jacket. There are no holes in the fabric, and the jacket is structurally sound.
The wear to the fabric is unlikely to be noticed while the jacket is being worn, in my opinion.
The labels in the jacket read: Boos Austrian Style, made in Austria, 100% pure wool, 34.
There is another label from A O White, a longtime local clothing store.
The jacket is red with green braided edging trim.
It is fully lined, including the sleeves with a silky fabric.
The jacket buttons up the front with four fabulous silver toned metal buttons with a great design on them.
There are also two buttons on the lapels as decorative accents.
There are two front patch style pockets that have nice embroidery on them.
