This jacket has a great look to it, and is also very well made.
The jacket zips and buttons up the front. The zipper is a metal zipper and is Ideal brand.
The jacket has two large outside pockets at the hem, and one chest pocket that is on the inside of the jacket, underneath the liner.
It has a quilted cotton button in liner that can be removed.
The sleeves have a button on the cuff, but even buttoned the sleeve opening is on the wide side. The button could be moved, of course to make the sleeve hem tighter, or velcro or a second button could be added.
The sleeve also has buttons further on up the sleeve, so that the sleeves can be rolled up and fastened to the buttons.
It has a drawstring waist, with cotton tape that can be gathered up and tied inside the jacket.
It has cotton tape at the bottom of the hemline, that can be tied to gather up the hemline of the jacket.
The fiber content tag says that the shell and liner are 100% cotton, and the filler is 100% polyester. there is another tag behind it that says SPR 07, which I take to mean Spring 2007.
The filler means the lining for the button in lining. It feels like very light insulation, just enough to take the chill off. The liner does not extend to the sleeves. The liner is just for the body of the jacket.
The jacket does not appear to have been worn, but it is pretty wrinkled, so it would benefit from a steaming, if one doesn't like the wrinkled look.
