Items will be shipped by USPS with a tracking number. The tracking number will be uploaded to Paypal once item ships. We do ship international. Shipping is actual cost to ship the item to your country. You will be emailed a separate invoice for the shipping. If shipping fee is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
Only items damaged or incorrect items that were not ordered will be exchanged or returned. If items were damaged in shipment please take a picture of the damaged product and report it within two days to our company; email@example.com. You will be given a refund or an exchange of the same product. After thirty days of purchase no items will be returned for a refund or exchange. You are advised to return items with a reputable carrier company that has a trackable system. We are not responsible for items that are lost due to returned items on your behalf.
