Up for your consideration today are 15 Live Pecan Tree Seedlings- Live Rooted- 1 Year Old Plants- Ready To Plant. These trees will range in size from between 7 inches up to 12 inches, with some varying in sizes which could be smaller or larger. Most of these seedlings already have healthy green leaves on the small branches. I'm not sure of the exact variety of pecan these are, but they have over taken the entire yard. The large tree produced a very high yield last year and so the pecans that were not picked up in time created lots of pecan trees everywhere. I don't like to waste any type of tree or plant and so I thought that I would offer them here. I just couldn't bear to pull them up and let them die, even though they were coming up in the least expected and inconvenient places.
All of these trees are ready to plant and have fresh, new tap roots on them. They are very easy to care for and very hardy. I will mail the trees to you wrapped in a damp paper, and is then wrapped inside a plastic bag, to prevent the roots from drying out while it is in transit. The trees will be shipped to you via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. To plant these beautiful trees all you do is dig a hole deep enough to cover a little past the roots. Then pour some water in the hole and add the tree in. Fill in the hole around the tree and cover the area around the tree with mulch or pine straw. Adding mulch or straw around the tree will help keep it hydrated and healthy.
Pecan trees will not only provide your yard with some very tasty pecan nuts, but they will also provide some shade for your yard or property as well. This tree is sure to be great for any yard or piece of property that you would like to add shade or just simply grow for the pecans. The pecans that are made by the large tree are approximately 1-2 inches long and are a dark (deep) brown color. They are also very tasty and meaty as well. REMEMBER: You will be receiving 15 live pecan tree seedlings, like the ones that are shown in the photos above and described in this listing!!!
These trees can be planted in full sun or partial shade. Also transplants very well, as I have relocated several of these seedlings around to other areas in the yard, and they are doing wonderful. They also make great shade trees and would look great with practically any landscape. Thanks for viewing our listings and May God bless!! Please keep checking out our listings, as there will be more to come in the weeks ahead. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!
